74. Appeal by judicial review (1) An aggrieved party may appeal to the Supreme Court against a final decision of the Investigating Authority by way of judicial review. (2) An application for judicial review under this section shall not operate as a stay of the decision of the Investigating Authority. PART XIII – MISCELLANEOUS
