18. Obstruction
Any person who wilfully and maliciously does anything or causes anything to be done to obstruct any engine or wagon or tramway or to endanger
the safety of persons conveyed in or on the same shall commit an offence
and shall, on conviction, be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding
12 months.
