42. Inscription after marriage or guardianship
Where a legal mortgage has not been renewed within the year following
the end of the guardianship or the dissolution of the marriage, the mortgage
inscribed shall, in regard to third parties, bear date only from the date of any
inscription which may be taken after that time.
