47. Forcible ejectment
(1) An adjudication made pursuant to a sale under the Sale of Immovable
Property Act shall clear all legal mortgages not inscribed on the properties so
sold.
(2) Notwithstanding subsection (1), a guardian or subguardian may produce claims at the order for the distribution of the price of the immovable
property sold in accordance with section 11 (1).
