64. Regulations and remission
(1) The Minister may make such regulations as he thinks fit for the purposes of this Act.
(2) The Minister may, by regulations, amend the Schedules.
(3) The Minister may, if he thinks fit, remit the whole or part of any fee,
due or charge payable under this Act.
