7. Executive Director
The Board shall, with the approval of the Minister, appoint, on such terms
and conditions as the Board may determine, an Executive Director who shall
be responsible for—
(a) the execution of the policy of the Board;
(b) the day-to-day management of the Fund; and
(c) the management of the Specialised Medical Care Centre.
