9. Application of funds
(1) The property, income or any other fund or money of the Trust Fund
shall be applied solely towards the furtherance of the objects of the Trust
Fund.
(2) No property, income or any other fund or money of the Trust Fund
shall be distributed or transferred in any manner by way of dividend, bonus
or otherwise.
