13. Effect of invalidity on property
Any property as to which a trust is invalid shall, subject to any order of
the Court made under section 12 (6), be held by the trustees in trust for the
settlor absolutely or, if he is dead, for his heirs and successors as if it had
formed part of his estate at his death.
