23. Appointment of trustees
(1) No person shall be appointed as trustee of a trust other than—
(a) a person of full age who has the legal capacity to contract;
(b) a body corporate permitted under its statute to act as trustee.
(2) A trustee shall not hold a beneficial interest under the trust of which
he is a trustee except where he is not—
(a) the sole trustee of the trust; or
(b) the sole beneficiary under the trust.
