41. Powers of trustees
(1) Subject to his duties under this Act and to the terms of the trust, a
trustee has, in relation to the trust property, all the powers of a beneficial
owner.
(2) A trustee shall exercise his powers only in the interests of the beneficiaries or of the purpose for which the trust is established and in accordance
with the terms of the trust.
