44. Remuneration of trustees
(1) Subject to—
(a) the terms of the trust;
(b) an order of the Court,
a trustee shall be entitled to remuneration for his services.
(2) A trustee shall be entitled to be reimbursed out of the trust property
for all expenses and liabilities properly incurred by him in connection with the
trust.
