69. Rules of Court
The Chief Justice may, after consultation with the Rules Committee and
the Judges, make such rules as he thinks fit—
(a) with respect to proceedings, practice and procedures of the Supreme Court in connection with any matter, cause and application under this Act;
(b) generally with respect to applications for directions under this
Act.
