8. Secretary
The President may appoint a Secretary to attend the sittings of the Commission, to record proceedings, to keep the papers and documents, to summon and minute the testimony of witnesses, to administer the oath, affirmation or declaration and generally to perform such other duties as may be assigned by the Commission.
