12. Legal proceedings and execution of documents
(1) The University of Technology shall act, sue and be sued, implead or
be impleaded under its corporate name and service of any judicial process
shall be effected by or on the Registrar.
(2) Every deed, act or document relating to the University of Technology
shall be signed by the President and one other person authorised in that
behalf by the Board.
