14. Director
(1) The Board shall appoint a Director on such terms and conditions as it
thinks fit.
(2) The Director shall be the chief executive officer of the Authority.
(3) The Director shall be responsible for the execution of the policy of the
Authority, for the implementation of the decisions of the Board, and more
generally for carrying out the day-to-day management and administration of
the Authority.
(4) In the exercise of his functions, the Director shall act in accordance
with such directives as he may receive from the Board.
(5) The Director shall, where he is required to do so by the Chairperson,
attend any meeting of the Board.
