19. Funds of Authority
The funds of the Authority shall consist of—
(a) fees, charges and other payments to the Authority from licensees, as provided for under any Utility legislation;
(b) such amounts as may be received from the Consolidated Fund;
and
(c) such other funds accruing to the Authority from any other
source authorised by law.
