31. Exemptions
(1) Article 910 of the Code Civil Mauricien shall not apply to the
Authority.
(2) Notwithstanding any other enactment, the Authority shall be exempt
from payment of all charges, duties, fees, rates, taxes on income and any
other taxes.
(3) No registration duty shall be payable in respect of any document
signed or executed by the Authority or under which it is the sole beneficiary.
