33. Confidentiality
(1) The Chairperson, every Commissioner and officer shall—
(a) maintain, and aid in maintaining, the confidentiality of any matter which comes to his knowledge in the performance or as a result of his duties under this Act but without prejudice to any requirements of the Authority itself in respect of disclosure of such
matters to the public as required under the Act;
(b) not reveal to an unauthorised person any matter referred to in
paragraph (a).
(2) The Authority shall ensure that all third parties dealing with the Authority be subjected to the same confidentiality obligations as specified in
subsection (1).

(3) Any person who, without reasonable excuse or lawful authority, contravenes this section, shall commit an offence.
