9. Regulations
(1) The Foundation may make such regulations as it thinks necessary for
the purposes of this Act.
(2) Notwithstanding the Interpretation and General Clauses Act, regulations made under subsection (1) shall not be required to be—
(a) approved by the Minister;
(b) laid on the Table of the Assembly; and
(c) published in the Gazette.

(3) A copy of the regulations made by the Foundation shall be recorded
in a special book kept for that purpose by the Foundation and signed by
every member of the Committee.
(4) A copy of the regulations made by the Foundation shall be signed by
every member of the Committee and displayed at the registered office of the
Foundation.
