3. Permission to build footbridge
(1) The Company may build a footbridge, in the manner specified in the
Schedule, for the purpose of connecting the Atrium Building with Place Cardinal Margeot Bus Station in the Town of Beau Bassin-Rose Hill.
(2) The Company shall, at its own cost, maintain the footbridge in good
repair and ensure that it is not a source of danger to the public.
