5. Annual fee
(1) The Company shall, on 1 July in every year, pay to—
(a) the Government such fee as the Minister may determine; and
(b) the Municipality of Beau Bassin-Rose Hill such dues as may be
prescribed by the Municipal Council.
(2) The fee and dues provided under subsection (1) may be revised after
every period of 5 years.
