16. Temporary registration of non-citizens
Subject to section 17, every person who is not a citizen of Mauritius shall
be entitled to be temporarily registered as a veterinary surgeon if—
(a) he is holder of a work permit or is otherwise entitled to engage
in gainful occupation in Mauritius; and
(b) he satisfies the requirements of section 15.
