18. Certificate of registration
(1) The Registrar shall issue to every person registered under this Act a
certificate of registration in such form as the Council may determine.

(2) The Registrar may issue to an applicant a duplicate certificate if he is
satisfied that the applicant has lost his certificate of registration.
