33. Regulations
The Council may make regulations generally for the carrying out of the
provisions of this Act, and any such regulations may, without prejudice to
the generality of the foregoing—
(a) prescribe anything which is permitted or required by this Act to
be prescribed;
(b) provide for any matter in respect of which regulations may be
made under this Act;
(c) provide that no association shall use the words “Veterinary
Council” as part of its appellation;
(d) provide for the procedure to be followed by the Council at an
inquiry under this Act; and
(e) provide for the levy of fees.
