11. References to generations
(1) Where the declaration of waqf refers to one or 2 generations of the
descendants of a specified person as being entitled to the benefit of the
waqf, the benefit shall be confined to those generations.
(2) Where 3 generations or more are referred to, the benefit shall be for
the descendants in perpetuity, so long as they exist.
