Section 14: Terms of description when applicable

14. Terms of description when applicable (1) Unless there is anything in a declaration of waqf to show a contrary intention, where the beneficiaries are referred to or identified by some quality or description which is of a permanent nature, or which cannot be acquired again after it has once been lost or ceased to be applicable, those persons alone shall be entitled to benefit under the waqf who can be identified or described in the manner referred to in the declaration at the time it was made. (2) Where the quality or description is such that it may be lost or cease to be applicable, all those persons are entitled to take the benefit of the waqf who can be referred to or identified in the same manner, when the produce or income accrues.
