23. Undivided property subject of waqf
(1) The subject of waqf may consist of an undivided part of property,
notwithstanding that the property is divisible.
(2) Where the object of the waqf is a mosque or a tomb, an undivided
part of any property cannot validly form the subject of the waqf.
