38. Employment of agents
(1) The mutawalli may employ agents for the administration of the waqf,
where he is empowered to do so by the declaration of waqf or where it is
necessary, or in accordance with the usual course of business so to do.
(2) The authority of the agent or manager so appointed ceases on the
death or removal of the mutawalli so appointing him.
