55A. Proceedings concerning waqfs
Where proceedings before a Court may affect the interests of a waqf, notice of the proceedings shall be given to the Board by the party entering the
proceedings, in time to allow the Board to be represented at the proceedings,
and the Board shall be entitled to be represented at the proceedings.
