30. Accounts
(1) The Board shall, on or before 31 October every year, submit to the
Minister a report together with an audited statement of accounts on the operations of the Authority in respect of 12 months ending on 30 June of the
same year.
(2) The Minister shall lay a copy of the report on the Table of the
Assembly.
