42. Design of sewers, treatment plant and disposal systems
(1) No person shall construct, or allow the construction of, any house
sewer, treatment plant or disposal system over property owned or occupied
by him, otherwise than in accordance with the designs or approved by the
Authority.
(2) The Authority may impose such terms and conditions as it deems fit
to any approval granted under subsection (1).
(3) The Authority may supervise the execution of any works mentioned
in subsection (1), and may claim from the owner of the property such fees
as may be prescribed.

(4) Before entering any premises for the purpose of supervision under
subsection (3), the Authority shall give adequate notice to the owner or occupier of those premises.
