18. Hunting
(1) No person shall—
(a) hunt any wildlife or carry any hunting equipment on land owned
or occupied by another person except—
(i) with the occupier’s consent; or
(ii) where the land is not occupied, with the owner’s consent;
(b) hunt any wildlife by night;
(c) hunt any wildlife by means of—
(i) a drug, poison or a poisoned weapon or bait;
(ii) an explosive;
(iii) fire;
(iv) a firearm capable of firing more than one round at a time;
(v) a missile containing a detonator; or
(vi) a pit.
(2) No person shall—
(a) hunt by means of;
(b) purchase or sell; or
(c) have in his possession,
a snare or gin trap.
