7. Appointment of committees The Advisory Council may— (a) appoint such committees consisting of 2 or more members; and (b) with the approval of the Minister, co-opt such other persons as it thinks fit to assist the Council. PART III – THE NATIONAL PARKS AND CONSERVATION SERVICE
