7. Meetings of Council
(1) The Council shall meet at least once a year at such place and time as
the Chairperson may think fit.
(2) Six members of the Council, who have the right to vote, shall constitute a quorum.
(3) A member who has direct or indirect pecuniary interest in any item on
the agenda of the Council shall not take part in the deliberations of the
Council on that item.
(4) Decisions of the Council shall require a majority vote.
