11. Collection and application of funds
(1) The Association may raise, collect and receive by all legal ways and
means, money, funds and subscriptions for the benefit of the Association.
(2) The income and property of the Association shall be applied solely
towards the promotion of the objects of the Association and no portion shall
be distributed or transferred by way of dividend or bonus to members of the
Association.
(3) Nothing in subsection (2) shall prevent the payment in good faith of
remuneration to any officer of the Association or to any person in consideration of services rendered to the Association.
