13. Business of general meeting
The business of the general meeting shall be—
(a) consideration and adoption of the report of the Committee, of
the accounts for the 3 previous financial years and of the auditors’ reports;
(b) election of the Committee for the ensuing 3 years in accordance
with the Rules of the Association;
(c) any other business which a member may wish to raise and of
which notice has been given to the Secretary at least 14 days
before the date of the meeting.
