6. Jurisdiction
Notwithstandinganyotherenactment–
(a) intheIslandofMauritius,theIndustrialCourt;
(b) inRodrigues,theMagistrateforRodrigues;
(c) in the other islands under the jurisdiction of the State of
Mauritius,theMagistratevisitingthoseislands,
shallhaveexclusivejurisdictiontohearanddetermineanycivilorcriminal
proceedingsunderthisAct.
