6. Veterinary inspection at port of entry
The veterinary officer shall inspect all animals on board and no animals
shall be permitted to be landed by the Comptroller of Customs from any vessel without a written certificate of the veterinary surgeon, stating that such
animals are free from disease or that they are to be landed under his supervision in quarantine.
