23. Estimates
(1) The Society shall submit to the Minister, not later than 30 September
in every year, an estimate of the income and expenditure of the Society for
the next financial year for his approval.
(2) Where the Minister gives his approval under subsection (1), he may
direct the Society to amend the estimate in respect of any item in such manner as he may determine.
