24. Annual report
(1) The Society shall, not later than 4 months from the end of a financial
year, submit to the Minister an annual report together with an audited statement of accounts, to be audited by the Director of Audit, on the operations
of the Society in respect of that financial year.
(2) The Minister shall, at the earliest available opportunity, lay a copy of
the annual report and audited accounts of the Society before the Assembly.
