37. Dog shows and pedigree certificates (1) No person shall — (a) hold a dog show; or (b) issue a pedigree certificate, unless he has applied for and obtained a permit issued by the DVS. A17A – 19 [Issue 6] Animal Welfare Act (2) The permit referred to in subsection (1) shall be issued on such terms and conditions as the supervising officer may determine.
