24. Appeal under this Sub-Part
(1) Any person aggrieved by the grant of, or the refusal to grant, a Confiscation Order, who appeared at the hearing of the application for the Order,
may appeal to the Court of Civil Appeal in accordance with the Court of Civil
Appeal Act.
(2) Where a Confiscation Order has been made, it shall remain in force
until the final determination of an appeal made under subsection (1).
