25. Realisation of property
(1) Where a Confiscation Order is made and the Order is not subject to
appeal, nor discharged, the Court may, on an application by the Enforcement
Authority, exercise the powers conferred on it by this section.
(2) The Court may appoint a Trustee to take possession and control of
and realise—
(a) property in which the defendant has an interest which he
acquired before or after the making of the Confiscation Order;
(b) property protected by a Restraining Order; or
(c) specified items of property in which the defendant has an interest.
(3) Where a Trustee has already been appointed pursuant to section 10
to take possession or control of property in which the defendant has an
interest, any order made pursuant to subsection (2) shall be made in respect
of that Trustee.
(4) The Court may make such further order to assist the Trustee in the
discharge of his duties as the Court considers is reasonably necessary.
