61. Proceedings in foreign territory
The Attorney-General may initiate legal proceedings in a court of a foreign
State, subject to the provisions and requirements of the national law of the
foreign State, in order to establish title to, or ownership of, property acquired
through the commission of an offence which is also an offence in accordance with Part III of the UN Convention against Corruption 2003, and to
seek recovery of that property.
