62. Immunity
No action or other proceeding shall be instituted against the Enforcement
Authority, or any person acting on behalf of the Enforcement Authority or
against a Trustee or an Asset Manager for any act done in good faith in the
performance or intended performance of any duty under this Act or in the
exercise or intended exercise of any power under this Act, or for any default
in the performance or exercise in good faith of any such duty or power.
