60A. Certificate of senior officer of financial institution as evidence In any proceedings before any Court, or before any person authorised by law or by consent of parties to hear, receive and examine evidence, a certificate under the hand of a senior officer of a financial institution shall be [Issue 4] B3 – 44 Revised Laws of Mauritius sufficient evidence of a fact stated in it without proof of the handwriting of such officer, unless the Court or the person is of opinion that the officer’s attendance is necessary.
