41. Order of priority in respect of costs
The costs in bankruptcy incurred prior to the appointment of the trustee
shall be paid out of the debtor’s estate by preference to all other creditors
and in the following order priority—
(a) the costs and charges of the Official Receiver;
(b) the costs incurred in securing or realising any of the property or
assets of the debtor;
(c) the costs of the petitioning creditor to obtain the adjudication of
bankruptcy.
