42. Claim of the landlord
(1) Subject to subsection (2), the claim of the landlord for rent shall be
paid on the price of the movables, placed on the premises leased, in priority
to all other claims, but after payment of the costs mentioned in section 41.
(2) Where, prior to the receiving order, the landlord has seized such movables, his claim shall be paid on the net value of the property seized in priority to all the costs mentioned in section 41.
