63. Contract may be rescinded by Court
(1) The Court may, on application by or against any person who is entitled to the benefit of a contract made with the bankrupt, or is subject to the
burden of any such contract, make an order rescinding such contract on such
terms as to payment by or to either party, of damages for the nonperformance of the contract, or otherwise as to the Court may seem equitable.
(2) Damages awarded to any person under subsection (1) shall be a provable debt.
