64. Effect of disclaimer
Upon the disclaimer being executed, the property disclaimed shall, if a
contract, be deemed to be determined from the date of the order of adjudication and, if a lease, be deemed to have been surrendered on the day the
leave of the Court was granted and, if shares in company, be deemed to be
forfeited from the date of the order of adjudication.
